Coastal Pines

We just returned from a 7-day stay at this incredible property and couldn't have been happier! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the home is impeccably clean and meticulously cared for. Everything felt fresh and inviting, and the attention to detail really made a difference in our stay. The kitchen was stocked with just about everything you could need—whether you're planning a full meal or just a quick snack, it was all there. It made cooking and dining in a breeze! A huge shout-out to the team at La Costa Blanca—they were an absolute pleasure to work with. We had a small issue with a beach umbrella, and they had a replacement delivered to us later the same day with such friendliness and efficiency. It's rare to experience that level of service! The check-in and check-out process was seamless and incredibly well documented. The online guestbook was such a helpful touch, filled with great local recommendations and useful info. This has easily been our favorite place we've stayed in 30A. We absolutely loved our time here and are already dreaming about our next visit. Highly recommend! We booked Coastal Pines last minute and wow this home did not disappoint! It more than met all of our needs and was exactly as it appeared online! We wanted something the was clean, spacious and new construction that was close to the beach. There were a lot of homes available online but we knew after speaking with Shawna that we would love this spot in blue mountain beach! It was quiet, peaceful and had so many great dining options within a short cart ride! We enjoyed riding bikes to the pool and soaking up the morning sun from the patio facing the forest. It was really like being on a retreat and we didn't want to leave!! We hope to return again in the future!

This house is perfection! It was clean, easy to navigate, had everything we needed and was in a perfect location. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!!

Spectacular! We just got back from our second stay at” Coastal Pines” and already can't wait to return. Where to even begin… The Location: -The quiet gated community felt very safe. -Short walk or ride to the beach, restaurants, ice cream, etc. -Step off your back patio onto a stunning trail system in the pine forest. -This area has way less traffic and crowds than some of the nearby beaches. The Home: -It's beautifully decorated and every detail is covered. -We cooked quite a bit and the amazing kitchen had us covered with everything we needed (along with an amazing view). -Plenty of space to gather in the common areas if you're traveling with a big group. -All bedrooms had very comfortable beds and a private bathroom. The master bath shower will totally spoil you! -The "tower" is next level stuff. It's a quiet space on what is effectively the 4th floor with 360 degree views of the neighborhood and pine forest as well as a private balcony. It even has a standing desk so if you have to do some work (like I did), you'll be setting a new bar for a remote work environment. The Extras: -We LOVED the golf cart. It's electric and seats six. We took it to the beach every day and did some exploring around town as well. -Our kids loved the bikes. They were all in great shape and seemed pretty new. -Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. La Costa Blanca was also great to work with and very responsive. Don't think twice! Book Coastal Pines and you will not be disappointed.

This home was perfect from start to finish! We chose it because it was so close to beach and offered more space than other homes we were considering. We had 4 couples and 2 toddlers under 5 and everyone had plenty of space! We had no idea that it also had all the beach items we could have needed. It was also in the best neighborhood...we loved riding bikes to the beach and even rode them to get ice cream at blue mountain creamery at night. We are already trying to plan our next visit to Coastal Pines!
