Sunset Escape at Monterey C202

We are long time visitors of the Monterey property (5 years) and have been visiting 30A for nearly 15. This condo is absolutely incredible! From the decor, beautifully renovated kitchen and bathrooms to all the incredible things the owner provides it was simply a dream. We have small children and the things in the condo for them from the beach toys, games, books and more just made the stay even that much better for us! I cannot say enough positive things about this property - its clean, beautifully kept up and the housekeeping does an amazing job it was literally spotless. I have to mention the towels too! Having beach towels to use is so nice and the towels for bathing are so plush and wonderful~another bonus! Beds are cozy and mattresses are nice! The view speaks for itself! We spend so much time on the porch it was wonderful. We love the Monterey condo property and this is our new favorite spot and will be booking it again next year! A HUGE thank you to the owner for offering such a beautiful property!

This was our 3rd trip to 30A and this condo is by far the most beautiful and conveniently located that we’ve stayed in. The condo has been recently renovated and is beautifully decorated. The colors are very “beachy” and you will immediately feel relaxed when you walk in the door. Owners have provided everything for your stay including beach towels! The unit also comes with a set of reserved beach chairs and umbrella that will be set up for you each day on the beach. The pool is heated which was a plus for spring break week in March. The views are amazing from the condo and the spacious porch. We saw many beautiful sunrises and sunsets. I was a little nervous that the living and dining areas would be tight with our group of 7, but it was perfect. The seating at the dining room table is larger than in the pictures with the wrap around bench seating. We all comfortably ate here many nights. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious as was the hall bunk room which my kids loved. There is an elevator in the building which was nice for the grandparents. There are many steps down to the beach which can be tough for the elderly group, but this is all along 30A that I know of. The boardwalk and steps for Monterey do appear to have been recently redone which is nice. The property manager, Shawna, was very responsive by text and took care of a couple of issues with the ice maker and washing machine promptly. We will definitely stay here again!
