Beautiful home, well appointed, exactly as advertised. Great communication and customer service. Thanks for a positive rental experience. Our suggestion for improvement. This was our third stay in this development. We chose it for the beautiful homes and the pool. We observed the pool area is declining. The security staff did well to monitor wrist band usage. But they, nor anyone else seemed to be cleaning trash from the pool area or in the pool garbage cans. And the pool itself had tree leaves etc all 9 days with no sign of being cleaned. Thanks!

We've stayed in this same neighborhood 3 years ago at a different house. This house was much better, and the management was quick with getting back to us. They provide quite a few more things than normal.

The property was beautiful and very clean. Also has a beautiful pool and so close to the beach

We loved everything about this house! Perfect neighborhood and location. The house is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. We loved the fire pit area and how it backs up to the wooded area of the state park. Host was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!
