East Of Eden

The house is great. Location very convenient to beach. House has a great pool deck.

This location was PERFECT for our family. Percent distance to ride to Alys and Rosemary and then take the golf cart to seaside. Would book again!

This year we were blessed to have our Son and his family with us for our 8 day stay at East of Eden It was their first trip to the 30A area so their anticipation and expectations were high for the home, beach and beautiful gulf waters which all over delivered for all 3 of them. It was our 2 year old grandson’s first dip in the gulf waters and all the fun and adventure that went with it. He loved the short wagon ride down to the beach each day with all his beach toys in tow. The pool at East of Eden was pristine and perfect for him as the steps let him gain his confidence the first day and as a result he had full reign of the entire pool each day for the rest of our stay This was our 5th consecutive year staying at East of Eden and it keeps getting better every year we go. The home, pool and property has always been immaculate each of our 5 stays and was perfect for all 5 of us this year. The location is fantastic, so many new amenities and experiences have come to the immediate area over the past 5 years giving us many more options to walk, bike or use the golf cart to enjoy restaurants and shopping within 5 to 15 minutes up and down 30A. Each year on our way home we talk about all the great times we’ve had again and how much we look forward to our stay again next year. This was our second time staying at East of Eden, and it lived up to the billing yet again. It is the perfect size for our family of 5, and the location couldn’t be better. It’s a quick drive, or bike ride, to Rosemary, Alys or Seacrest Beach, and yet the house is far enough away from those areas as to give it a quieter feel.Our kids love the covered pool, and it’s the perfect way to end a long day at the beach. The home is very clean and has everything a family needs for a week away, and the hosts are very responsive to any needs that may arise.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again!

The property was just perfect for me and my daughter in law, daughter and her two friends. The personal touches to the house made it extra special. The house was clean and the golf cart, bikes, chairs and umbrella were all so helpful for the beach.
