We loved this home so much we decided to book it again for our family's summer vacation! It had the perfect amount of space for everyone and we love sitting by the pool and grilling out after spending all day at the beach! We love how quiet the street is and the beach access always seems to be less crowded than other areas we've stayed in before! We definitely recommend it!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house is amazing and had the perfect space for all of the guests. The area was also so beautiful and great for exploring on the golf cart. Lastly, from trip planning to checking in and out, the hosts were so friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this house for your vacation - we will be back!

We just got home from a wonderful week! This is the third year that we have stayed at this house and have not been disappointed. This beautiful house had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay, including beach chairs, bicycles and a golf cart. Our host was incredibly responsive and provided immediate assistance when the air conditioning was not working well, even on a holiday weekend. I highly recommend this house and La Costa Blanca rentals!

Our family had the absolute best time at 167 Oyster Lake! We loved the location of this home, as it's so close to the beach but was on this really quiet old florida road with beautiful trees and mature foliage lining the street, we felt completely at home there and had plenty of room for our family of 8. The kids loved riding on the golf cart down to the beach and the ice cream place..it was the most delicious ice cream!! We also enjoyed having the lounge area upstairs and playing air hockey at night, it was a great way to keep the kids entertained! The house also had some games, which was a nice touch. Sitting by the pool at night was definitely our favorite part of this home, we can't wait to get back there again!

My family and I stayed at this home for a couple weeks in September. We have been visiting 30A for over 20 years and this property is at the top of the list of places we’ve stayed. It is beautiful, well designed, well appointed, clean, and extremely comfortable. It has a great pool and spa to relax in and the patio area is fantastic. The contained rear porch area with grill and a flat screen TV is wonderful. The home is very convenient to reach multiple beach access points either by walking, biking (4 bikes are provided) or using the provided 6 seater golf cart. Also provided are 4 high quality Tommy Bahama beach chairs and 2 umbrellas. The golf cart also enables you to easily reach Gulf Place, and many local eateries. Oyster Lake drive is a very quiet neighborhood. Peaceful and serene. If you want to venture out, you have very easy access to Highway 98. All the plusses of this property are enhanced by the property manager Shawna who acts quickly and professionally if needed. She and La Costa Blanca Properties are top notch. 10/10 vacation experience!!
