This was, without question, the best beach rental our family has ever experienced.The home was exceptionally clean when we arrived and was stocked far better than most vacation rentals we have stayed in. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there were plenty of the everyday necessities that many rentals leave you scrambling to buy.The beds were very comfortable, and everyone in our family slept well. The pool and hot tub were both excellent and became favorite gathering spots after long days at the beach and on the water.What really set this property apart, however, was the management by La Costa Blanca Properties. During our stay, Tropical Storm Bertha briefly caused a power outage. Rather than leaving us wondering what was happening, Shawna proactively kept us informed with text updates throughout the outage, including restoration estimates and status updates. That level of communication and customer service was outstanding and greatly appreciated.From the quality of the home to the responsiveness of the property management team, everything exceeded our expectations. We had an incredible family vacation and would absolutely rent this home again without hesitation.Highly recommended.

This is an absolutely beautiful property. It was plenty big for our group of six and would easily accommodate eight persons. The master suite on the main floor is a work of art I find it hard to travel for a week or longer and find any comfort in hotel rooms. This was like being in my own home, having sufficient room, being able to come and go as we pleased with all the amenities. We were able to all be on our own schedule, eating breakfast whenever we got up, go out to the pool whenever we wanted, watch whatever we wanted on television. One little thing that most travelers might not appreciate, but the lighting in this house was nice and bright, not dim and yellow or bulbs burnt out. Lighting is one of my of my pet peeves. We loved the pace in Santa Rosa. A little slower and less hectic. But also more options than staying in Alys Beach or Rosemary Beach. Plenty of beach access although parking is lacking everywhere not just Santa Rosa. And although we always wanted to go to Destin, Destin is much bigger and more commercialized/franchised. We also liked Miramar. All the restaurants have their own quaint little flair. The LSV was very helpful and easy to use. Also nice to have beach chairs and umbrellas provided. The only other thing to prepare for in the summer months is the traffic. It moves rather slowly along the coastal roadways. And lastly, the hosts are amazing. Always ready to answer questions or offer advice on local attractions. GO AND ENJOY WORRY-FREE!

Our extended family had a great time at this house. It's gorgeous! So great to have the golf cart included for a very easy ride to the beach. It is walkable, but having the golf cart made hauling chairs and umbrellas much easier! And it was fun to drive along 30A to a few shops and restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Great appliances, a nice grill in the outdoor kitchen and an unexpected ice machine for cocktails at the cocktail bar area were all more than we could ask for. There's a nice large table for getting the family together for cards and games. Shawna and Jesse were super responsive to any and all questions we had. Everything was just fantastic. Thank you!

We loved our stay at 167 Oyster! We booked a last minute spring break trip and it was perfect! The home is beautiful and well equipped. It had everything we needed and more, plus it’s in a perfect location. We loved that it included the LSV, nice bikes, beach gear, and towels. The beds are comfy, kitchen is fabulous, and outdoor space is fun! The beach multiple access nearby and neighborhood were ideal. Best customer service and communication we’ve ever had on 30a.

Wonderful home and Shawna is amazing and so helpful with our stay.. we had the best time and this home is perfect.
